Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailboxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you want to redirect mails from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
